These terms apply to the use of this website and to creative services provided by Creative Hive Solutions.

Website use

Content on this website, including text, images, project photography and branding, belongs to Creative Hive Solutions or its clients and may not be reused without permission. Client work is shown with the client’s knowledge for portfolio purposes.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not confirm a booking. All projects are confirmed in writing with an agreed scope, quotation and timeline before work begins.

Project terms

Specific terms, including payment schedule, deliverables, file ownership, revision rounds and timelines, are agreed per project in the written quotation. Where a deposit is required, work begins after the deposit is received.

Approvals and revisions

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production. Costs arising from changes requested after approval (including reprints) are not included in the original quotation.

Liability

Creative Hive Solutions takes care to deliver accurate, high-quality work, but is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of delivered materials. Our liability on any project is limited to the value of that project.
